Starborn Energy Bontang Partners with Libertum to Tokenize $100M in Energy Infrastructure

Starborn Energy Bontang Pte. Ltd., a leading Southeast Asian oil and gas firm, has entered a landmark partnership with Libertum to tokenize $100 million worth of energy infrastructure projects. The collaboration leverages Libertum's compliant on-chain platform to digitize ownership and revenue rights in strategic gas assets.

Two critical projects will be funded through this initiative: the development of facilities in East Kutai, East Kalimantan, and the acquisition of a key gas field. "This partnership accelerates capital deployment while enhancing transparency," said the President Director of Starborn Energy Bontang.

Libertum will structure the digital securities, establish governance mechanisms, and onboard investors through integrated compliance solutions. The offering will support both fiat and crypto participation.
